Development Squad Weekend Report - March 20th, 2010.

Last weekend saw new players involved with The Development Squad which took place in West Wood with Paul Bell.


The sessions were tough and Paul put the players through their paces as many are now aiming for Cup Finals at club level and hoping to be noticed by selectors for future teams. Paul has a number of new ideas for the players who very much embraced the refreshing approach to squash…


“…Paul has opened our eyes to what other countries are working on, as we have limited exposure to how other countries play the game it is great to get on court with someone who does and work from a new angle with new ideas…”


Paul is now putting together plans for squads throughout the summer and will work on off-season training for players who wish to work on fitness levels, endurance, strength and conditioning, etc. in preparation for season 2010/2011.
