Sports Capital & Equipment Programme 2021
Irish Squash are focussed on encouraging as many clubs as possible to apply for the open round of Sports Capital
Funding. The closing date for completion of the application is March 1st. Expression of interest/registration on the official on-line system, called OSCAR must be made by February 15th here – https://www.sportscapitalprogramme.ie/
The fund also facilitates equipment only applications up to €30,000. Groups only applying for sports equipment do not need to fill in all the application form. Instead, the system will guide you to the pages you need to fill in. The only supporting documents that you must supply are a bank statement or loan offer showing that you have a minimum of 5% of the total project cost in savings and a quotation(s) for the works being applied for.
This is a great opportunity to upgrade your club facilities, for example install energy efficient LED lighting, which a number of clubs have done in recent years. If it is only equipment you are applying for, there are some good suggestions in the this document.
