ENRTY FEE
The fee is 25 per person any extra charges e.g event tee shirts, meals, etc. must be stated on entry form
ALL cheques made payable to, and sent to IRISH SQUASH payments can also be made online via Irish Squash website.
DRAW SIZE
ALL MENS A events will be a 16 draw.
ALL WOMENS A events will be 8 draw with the exception of the Womens Nationals which will be a 16 draw.
All Competitions must be run in Swiss Format.
PRIZE MONEY
There are two sets of minimum required prize monies to be paid out depending on the number of people in the draw.
All tournaments will receive Irish Squash funding towards prize monies.

CLOSING DATE
Closing date for all tournaments will be MIDDAY on the FRIDAY before the tournament starts.
Tournament Software
For the coming season we will have tournament software which can run your tournament, please contact the Irish Squash Office for more details. Please note that this will become the preferred method of running events.
SEEDINGS AND DRAW
Seeding will be taken from the most up-to-date Irish Squash ranking list. The Draw MUST be sent to the Irish Squash Tournament Director before 12:00hrs on the Monday after the closing date. It will be checked and returned by Wednesday 12:00Hrs. The draw MUST also be sent to Irish Squash so that all players can be checked to ensure they are members of Irish Squash.
The draw MUST be published and online by 18:00Hrs on the Wednesday before the tournament. Players requesting a late start time on the Friday evening of the tournament due to long travelling distance must state this on the application form. Irish Squash has the discretion to use 2 Wildcards for the main draw 1 Jnr & 1 Snr but only to be used in exceptional circumstances.
Results MUST be sent to the Irish Squash Tournament Director within 24Hrs of the tournament finishing.
TOURNAMENT WITHDRAWALS
In the event a player scratches from a tournament after the draw is made then a TWO(2) tournament ban is imposed on the offending player. A ONE(1) tournament ban and a 0 Ranking Points penalty will be imposed should a player pull out during a tournament match. A (no show) will be treated as above. These bans will not be enforced in the event of a medical certificate is submitted. Medical Certificates are to be produced within 1 week of the match. This ruling is for GP events only.
